Kerala cuisine is a delightful blend of flavors and aromas that vary with the changing seasons. In summer, the traditional ‘Sadya’ feast takes center stage, featuring a plethora of dishes like Avial, Thoran, Olan, and Pachadi served with rice, alongside the flaky Kerala Parotta.
